Harrison Wahrer

My passion for building things hurdled me into this industry 26 years ago. Beginning on the retail side of the business, working for the country’s largest home improvement brand, I found my niche in residential home improvement. In 2008 when the housing market began to take a turn, I found my way into commercial construction, working for a startup that had big plans to become a national provider of retail services. From the field, to the project team, to the program team, to estimating, and onto a managerial role… I was blessed to play an integral role in many parts of the company.   I am excited to bring this expertise to SMF, work alongside some of my long-time colleagues and friends, and offer the industry a new level of hustle in the GC space.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my son in football, cheering my daughters on from the stands at cheer competitions, cooking, spending time outdoors, and working on new projects around the house.
